1 General Terms

Welcome to major55. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and major55 as the online entertainment platform provider. By accessing, registering for, or using any service available on major55, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document.

These terms apply to all users of the Major55 platform, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and VIP members. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to continue using Major55 services.

2 Account Registration

To use major55 services in full, you are required to create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. major55 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that uses false or misleading information.

Requirements to register at major55:

• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Citizens or residents legally permitted to access online gambling services.

• Registering personally under your own name — registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.

One account per person is an absolute rule at major55. Each individual may only hold one active account. If duplicate account ownership is detected, major55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances and bonuses without further notice.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials. Never share your username or password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be Major55 staff. Major55 will never ask for your password through any channel.

3 Deposits & Payments

Major55 supports a variety of local Indonesia payment methods, including bank transfer, digital wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), QRIS, and Virtual Account. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Terms applicable to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits may only be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the Major55 account holder. Use of third-party accounts will result in the deposit being rejected and the account may be suspended for further investigation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the payment method selected. Limit details are displayed on the Cashier page at the time of the transaction.
• Major55 does not charge admin fees for deposits. However, any fees imposed by the payment service provider (if applicable) are the member's sole responsibility.
• Deposits credited to an account cannot be cancelled or reversed, except in cases of technical errors verifiable by the Major55 team.

4 Withdrawal

Major55 is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests promptly and without unnecessary delays. Your winnings are yours, and we fully respect that right.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the account holder's name — transfers to another person's account are not permitted.
• Major55 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing the first withdrawal or withdrawals above a certain amount. Required documents may include a national ID, a selfie with the national ID, or proof of account ownership.
• Balances derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn after the associated turnover requirements have been fully met.
• Withdrawal requests under verification cannot be cancelled. Standard processing time is 1×24 hours on business days, with most withdrawals processed significantly faster.
• Major55 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there are indications of fraud, bonus abuse, or other violations of the terms and conditions.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Major55 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions designed to enhance your gaming experience. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions listed on its respective promotions page.

General terms applicable to all bonus types at Major55:

• One bonus per promotion per member. Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per member per specified period, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Turnover requirements must be met. Wins from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering (turnover) requirements have been met. These requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus validity period. Each bonus has a validity period that begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the account. Bonuses that expire before the turnover requirements are met will be automatically forfeited.
• Prohibition on bonus abuse. Gaming strategies deemed to be solely aimed at exploiting bonuses (bonus abuse) — such as systematically placing low-risk bets to fulfill turnover requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• Major55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of widespread abuse.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the major55 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by independent auditors. This system ensures that the outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including major55 itself.

Specific rules for each game type are available within the respective game interface. Members are expected to read and understand the rules before placing bets. Major55 is not liable for any losses resulting from a member's unfamiliarity with the game rules.

• Confirmed and processed bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, Major55 will settle bets based on the system records captured prior to the disruption.
• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or external tools to play is not permitted and will result in permanent account closure.
• Collusion between players or any actions intended to disadvantage other players are also serious violations that will be dealt with firmly.

7 Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility. Major55 implements multi-layered security on the platform side, while you as the user are also responsible for safeguarding your access credentials.

• Use a strong, unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols, at least 8 characters long.
• Do not use the same password as your accounts on other platforms.
• Change your password immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, and report the incident to our support team.
• Do not log in to your Major55 account on public devices or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
• Major55 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to safeguard their own account credentials.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Major55 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if a breach of these terms and conditions is found. This action is taken solely to protect the integrity of the platform and the interests of the entire Major55 community.

Conditions that may result in account suspension or closure include:

• Creating duplicate accounts or using a false identity during registration.
• Using a payment method not registered under the account holder's name.
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions in violation of applicable terms.
• Use of automated software, bots, or cheating tools in games.
• Proven involvement in collusion, fraud, or money laundering.
• Inappropriate conduct toward staff or other members through major55 communication channels.

If your account has been suspended and you believe this was done in error, you may file an appeal through the Major55 support team. We are committed to handling every appeal fairly and transparently.

9 Responsible Gaming
